The following terms, when used throughout these Terms & Conditions, shall carry the meanings assigned to them in this section. Where context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing the jilli90 Platform — whether by browsing, registering, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold a registered Account, contact our support team to arrange closure of that Account.

jilli90 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their Account. However, it remains the Player's responsibility to check these Terms regularly.

3.1 Age Eligibility

The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account and use any service on jilli90. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 18 or older. jilli90 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 18, we will suspend the Account pending age verification and, if the suspicion is confirmed, close the Account immediately and forfeit any funds therein.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed to serve players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jilli90 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name (matching your national identity card or passport)
• A valid, unique email address

• Your date of birth
• A secure password of your own choosing

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on jilli90. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether opened under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitute a violation of these Terms. In such cases, jilli90 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any winnings derived from them, and retain any Balances held within duplicate Accounts.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilli90 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at support@jilli90 or via live chat.

4.2 KYC Verification

jilli90 operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name)

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days of the request being made may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until the documentation is received and verified.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jilli90 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Accounts after this period. 4.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or the cashier
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain
• Abusing bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay (bonus abuse)
• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilli90 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit on jilli90 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction ceilings. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account instantly or within a maximum of 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 2 banking days to reflect, depending on your bank's processing schedule.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during operational hours (07:00 – 01:00 BST). Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 30 to 90 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days.

To ensure smooth processing of withdrawals, the payment method used for withdrawal must match the name on your jilli90 Account. jilli90 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in other names, or accounts not previously used to fund the jilli90 Account.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification
• Any active Bonus Funds must have met their applicable Wagering Requirements, or the bonus must have been forfeited
• The full deposit amount associated with a Bonus must have been wagered at least once on real-money games
• No pending or disputed transactions exist on the Account

5.5 Declined Transactions

jilli90 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit or withdrawal transaction if: (a) it is associated with fraudulent activity; (b) it would place the Account in a state inconsistent with these Terms; (c) the transaction triggers an anti-money-laundering alert requiring further investigation. Where a transaction is declined, we will notify the Player via email and provide guidance on next steps where possible.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

jilli90 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to players located in Bangladesh only, and only one bonus of each type may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until a Wagering Requirement is fully met, winnings generated from Bonus Funds will remain in the Bonus Funds balance and will not be transferable to the real-money Balance.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Any Bonus Funds remaining at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the Account, along with any winnings that have not yet met the Wagering Requirement. Expiry timers are based on BST (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

6.5 Bonus Abuse

jilli90 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; making low-risk, hedge-style bets solely to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine play intent; and using prohibited software to exploit bonus mechanics.

7.1 Game Availability

7.2 Game Outcomes

7.3 Malfunctions

7.4 Betting Limits

7.5 Prohibited Game Conduct

All content on the jilli90 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the exclusive property of jilli90 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Restricted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from jilli90
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content forming part of the Platform

10.1 Platform Availability

jilli90 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 10.2 Exclusion of Warranties

10.3 Cap on Liability

In no event shall jilli90's total cumulative liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies to all causes of action in aggregate, including contract, tort, and statutory claims.

10.4 Excluded Losses

jilli90 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, and whether or not such loss was foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill
• Gambling losses arising from normal gameplay
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms
• Any loss caused by the acts or omissions of third-party Game Providers or payment processors

10.5 Force Majeure

jilli90 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failures, power outages, or pandemic conditions.

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@jilli90. Upon receipt of a closure request, jilli90 will process the request within 2 business days. Any real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding withdrawal conditions.

11.2 Closure by jilli90

jilli90 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity
• The Account has been used in connection with money laundering or other financial crime
• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jilli90
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information

11.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an Account — whether voluntary or by jilli90 — all Bonus Funds, free spins, and promotional credits associated with the Account are immediately forfeited. Real-money Balances will be returned to the Player except where forfeiture is mandated by these Terms (e.g., in cases of fraud or underage gambling). Closure of an Account does not release either party from obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

12.1 Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment services in the jurisdiction in which jilli90 is registered to operate.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a Player and jilli90, the Player should first contact our support team via live chat or at support@jilli90 to seek an informal resolution. jilli90 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. We aim to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of the agreement.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilli90 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.

12.5 Waiver

No failure or delay by jilli90 in exercising any right or remedy provided under these Terms or by law shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy. No waiver of any breach shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
